shelley grube Shelley came to me after giving birth to her fourth child. Eager to shed the post baby weight, Shelley wasted no time getting back to the gym after being cleared by her doctor to resume physical activity. She had gained a good bit of weight and her body fat was well over 30%. None the less, Shelley listened to me and trusted me in guiding her through her journey to take back her body. Step by step, we figured out what nutrition worked best for her, got her back into running, and developed a rigorous and very effective weight training program that allowed her make her first significant drop to 27% body fat. Sadly, Shelley moved in July, but before that we set another goal to drop her body fat to 24% before she moved. We trained with weights 3 days a week, she ran on her off days, and we ran stadiums together on Saturdays. The Friday before she moved, a glowing Shelley walked through the doors ready to tackle this last obstacle. Not to my surprise, Shelley's body fat came in at 23.5%. She is sculpted, lean, and has a killer stomach with beautiful lines. She is an inspiration not just for myself and everyone else, but for mother's everywhere that think it's too late. It's never too late. With consistency and determination Shelley conquered her goals and so can anyone else. Keep training hard Shelley and I'll see you for that half marathon!
