TBT7 | TBT14
TBT14 and TBT7 is our total body transformation program offered for seven or fourteen weeks and includes:
• Nutritional consulting
• Measurements every 3-4 weeks
• Three mandatory training sessions per week
• Cardio programming
• Tracking journal
• Start up supplements
